Berkshire seeking to buy ResCap mortgage unit

NEW YORK, June 11 (Reuters) - Billionaire investor Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc has offered to buy Residential Capital LLC's mortgage unit, according to court papers filed Monday.
