In trading on Tuesday, the Retail ETF (RTH) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 0.9% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Home Depot (HD), up about 4.7% and shares of TJX Companies (TJX), up about 1.6% on the day.
