In trading on Friday, the iShares Cohen & Steers REIT ETF (ICF) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.1% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Equinix REIT (EQIX), up about 3.5% and shares of Extra Space Storage (EXR), up about 2.8% on the day.
