Throughout his brilliant professional career, Mr. Clarke has consistently demonstrated the passion, vision, and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Elkanah currently serves as Director of the Canadian Jamaican Club of Oshawa, which is a registered nonprofit corporation that is dedicated to improving the quality of life in communities throughout the Durham region through the coordination of efforts with affiliated committees. Established in 1980, the organization was born out of the need for better communication between West Indians and Canadians and to develop opportunities for both individual and community advancement.

Mr. Clarke also served as Foreman of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario from 1986-2010. Over the course of his incredibly impressive career, Elkanah has always performed at an extraordinary level, displaying the leadership and compassion needed to play an integral role in serving the community. In the time away from his busy schedule, he greatly enjoys reading.
