Station, which is owned and operated by AmerenEnergy Generating Company, a
subsidiary of Ameren Corporation (NYSE:AEE) (St. Louis, Missouri), was shut
down on August 9 because of water circulation issues. The problem occurred
when a tree log rammed into screens, causing the recirculating pump to
malfunction. Two of the plant's four turbines were manufactured by General
Electric (NYSE:GE) (Fairfield, Connecticut).
