Panera takes a page from Chipotle’s food-sourcing playbook

Panera Bread Co. has been using chicken raised without antibiotics for the past 10 years. Now the No. 1 U.S. fast-casual chain by market share is taking a page from its top rival Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc.
