Asia crawls higher after upbeat U.S. data, dollar stands tall

TOKYO (Reuters) - Asian stocks crawled higher on Friday as upbeat U.S. economic data helped revive some risk appetite lost following air strikes on Houthi militants in Yemen, while the dollar rebounded.
