In trading on Thursday, the iShares US Regional Banks ETF (IAT) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.9% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Signature Bank (SBNY), up about 4.9% and shares of East West Bancorp (EWBC), up about 3% on the day.
