PARIS, Oct 22 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE 100 to open 23 points higher, or up 0.4 percent, Germany's DAX to open 60 points higher, or up 0.7 percent, and France's CAC 40 to open 21 points higher, or up 0.5 percent.
