Prevent Announces Management Changes and Termination of Services of CFO and VP Finance and Communications

(the "Corporation") today announced that it has commenced management changes and has terminated the services of Preston Maddin as Chief Financial Officer and Dwayne Sorobey as Vice President Finance and Communications of the Corporation and its wholly-owned subsidiary Prevent Health Care International Limited.
