ONYX Completes Solar Power Project for Upscale Caribbean Resort

Onyx Service & Solutions, Inc. (OTCQB:ONYX) announced today that the Company has completed the construction of the solar power project to power West Bay Lodge Resort - which is located near the famous West Bay Beach, the most popular tourist destination on Roatan Island, Honduras. The project also was the first use of the Company’s new 330-watt panel.

This project was initiated by a Letter of Intent executed between West Bay Lodge and ONYX on October the 8th. The West Bay Lodge Caribbean resort project is the first project to be fully completed by ONYX on the Island of Roatan, which is a renowned tourist destination and is a substantial source of revenues for Honduras. Roatan has a significant American population and is a perfect location for the Company's first diesel reduction solar project. The July 2011 issue of "Islands Magazine" rated Roatan the #1 island to retire on in the world. The West Bay Lodge resort recently received the award for #1 in customer satisfaction among resorts on Roatan.

ONYX management is pursuing the lucrative market for solar power projects in areas that rely on costly diesel generation for power, such as Roatan, Honduras. Numerous nations throughout Latin America and the Caribbean use diesel generated electricity as their sole method of supplying power to their citizens and businesses. This imported diesel is a quick solution to the need for electricity but comes at a high cost to the sovereignty and financial stability of these countries.
