ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI), a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, has been awarded three new contracts to extend and enhance energy efficiency services with Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BGE), a subsidiary of Exelon Corporation, for its demand-side management portfolio. The contracts have a capacity of up to $61 million and a term of three years.
The contracts continue ICF’s support of BGE’s energy efficiency portfolio including: residential, small commercial, commercial and industrial, and combined, heat, and power programs. ICF will provide services that include energy efficiency program design and management, marketing and promotion, trade ally recruitment and management, rebate processing, quality control, and program tracking and reporting. “Continuing our work for BGE demonstrates ICF’s successful track record in designing and implementing large-scale energy efficiency programs,” said Selim Karabulut, vice president for ICF International. “Support provided by ICF will help BGE and its customers reduce energy use and mitigate the impacts of global climate change while helping BGE lead efforts toward addressing aggressive state energy goals. Additionally, ICF’s program implementation team is proud to have contributed to several awards BGE attained in recent years, including Platts Global Energy awards and several ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year awards.”

The work’s start date and scope will be based on the outcome of the Maryland Public Service Commission’s review of the 2015-2017 suite of programs recently filed.
