Second Quarter 2014 Highlights:
- First half of 2014 was SANLUIS Rassini's strongest half to date, reflecting the highest level of sales, EBITDA and net income in the company's history, amounting to $6,072 million Pesos, $840 million Pesos and 328 million Pesos, respectively.
- Consolidated sales increased 19% for both the second quarter and the first half of 2014 compared to the respective periods in 2013.
- EBITDA growth continued to outpace sales growth, as it increased 35% in the second quarter and 22% for the first six months of 2014 compared to the same periods in 2013.
- Consolidated net income recorded in the second quarter of 2014 was 16 times the net income of the first half of 2013, reaching $328 million Pesos
- Financial ratios continue to improve: Net Debt / annualized EBITDA ratio stands at 1.3x and EBITDA/Net Interest Expense was 5.9x at the end of June 2014.
