This is the second acquisition in as many months by Storage Post, which now counts 21 stores in New York and New Jersey.
The Grand Ave. property, at 280,000 square feet, includes 2,600 rental units. The location is ideal for both commercial and residential customers, with amenities that will include a computerized security system, indoor loading bays, and free on-site Wi-Fi.
