UPAC, Unité permanente anti-corruption, has the responsibility to exam the integrity of each company submitting an AMF authorization application. To conduct such an extensive audit they must exchange information with the Sûreté du Québec, Revenu Québec, the Commission de construction du Québec and other entities. As expected, no loopholes were reported in Gestion PR Maintenance inc. business practices.
