Wounded Warriors Canada Releases - Public Service Ad - "Invisible Injuries" raises awareness about mental health injuries in the Canadian Armed Forces

TORONTO, Dec. 1, 2015 /CNW/ - Wounded Warriors Canada (WWC) is proud to announce the release of their first Public Service Advertisement titled, "Invisible Injuries". The Public Service Advertisement, produced by Ossington Creative in Toronto, is intended to raise awareness about the significant impact of operational stress injuries like Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, affecting thousands of Canadian Armed Forces members, Veterans and their families across Canada.

Scott Maxwell, Executive Director of Wounded Warriors Canada commented, "With Remembrance Day now behind us, it is important for Canadians to remember and support our ill and injured Canadian Armed Forces members, Veterans and their families, however they can, 365 days a year. It is our hope that this PSA will bring increased awareness to the significant impact operational stress injuries like PTSD has on our Veterans and their families."
