On January 12, 2015, Rosetta Genomics Ltd. (“Rosetta” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that a Letter to Shareholders from Rosetta’s President and Chief Executive Officer Kenneth A. Berlin had been posted to the Investors section of the Company’s website. The text of the letter was included in the press release.
