Ferenc Horvath And Stephen Schultz Resign From Falcon Board Of Directors

DENVER, Dec. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. (TSXV: FO) ("Falcon" or the "Company"), a global energy company focused on acquiring, exploring and developing large acreage positions of unconventional and conventional oil and gas resources, today announced that Professor Ferenc ("Frank") Horvath and Stephen Schultz have resigned from the Board of Directors of Falcon, effective immediately.  Both Professor Horvath and Mr. Schultz will not stand for re-election at the upcoming annual and special meeting of the shareholders to be held on December 22, 2009.
