The meeting will begin at 9:00 AM, Eastern Daylight Savings Time and will be held at the offices of Brown, Rudnick, LLP, located at 7 Times Square, New York City.

Shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 20, 2011 will vote on the election of  directors, approval of the  2011 Stock Option Plan authorizing  the grant of options for the purchase of up to 2,000,000 shares of Milestone's common stock, and the advisory approval of Holtz, Rubenstein, Reminick LLP as the Company's independent auditors for the current year, and such  other business as may legally come before the meeting.
