Parkervision (PRKR) Prices 8.1M Share Offering At 10.3 Pct Discount

ParkerVision Inc. (Nasdaq:PRKR) said it agreed to sell 8.14 million shares to certain institutional and other investors at $1.05 apiece, a 10.3 percent discount to its closing price on Thursday. Shares retreated 6.84 percent in premarket trading on Friday. [More...]
