BOSTON, June 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held on June 22, 2012, shareholders of Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Dividend Income Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE: EVT), a closed-end investment company, voted to elect Ronald A. Pearlman, Helen Frame Peters and Ralph F. Verni as Class III Trustees of the Fund, each for a three-year term, as well as Scott E. Eston as a Class I Trustee for a one-year term and Harriett Tee Taggart as a Class II Trustee for a two-year term. The Fund's remaining Class I and Class III Trustees, who serve staggered terms, were not up for election and remain in office.
