On September 3, 2014, PVH Corp. (PVH) released its Q2 FY 2014 and H1 FY 2014 financial results (period ended August 3, 2014). The Company's Q2 FY 2014 net income attributable to PVH came in at $126.5 million or $1.52 per diluted share, compared to net loss of $5.4 million or $0.07 diluted loss per share in Q2 FY 2013. The Company's non-GAAP EPS of $1.51 exceeded its own guidance of $1.40 to $1.45, as well as beat Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.43 for Q2 FY 2014. Total revenue for the period was $1.98 billion, up 0.5% YoY, but below Zacks consensus forecast of c.$2 billion.
