ARCHBOLD, Ohio, Dec. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: FMAO) the holding company of The Farmers & Merchants State Bank, with assets of approximately $950 million, at their regular meeting on Friday, December 19, 2014 declared a fourth quarter dividend of twenty-one cents ($0.21) per share. The fourth quarter dividend is payable on January 20, 2015 to shareholders of record date as of December 31, 2014.

The Farmers & Merchants State Bank is a local independent community bank that has been serving Northwest Ohio and Northeast Indiana since 1897. The Farmers & Merchants State Bank provides commercial banking, retail banking and other financial services through its 22 offices.
