HOUSTON, Feb. 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share on its common stock for the fiscal 2016 second quarter ending March 31, 2016.
The dividend is payable on March 25, 2016, to holders of record on March 10, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 8, 2016.
"We are pleased to start instituting a quarterly cash dividend policy at the rate of $0.12 annually," said Eric Langan, President and CEO. "This is part of our program of returning capital to shareholders."
The dividend was first announced and officially declared yesterday, February 9, in the company's fiscal 2016 first quarter earnings news release.
