The warranty process is simple and easy. Customers are automatically registered in the program when they are provided a dispenser by an authorized Kimberly Clark Professional distributor. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use as long as Kimberly-Clark Professional products are used to refill the dispensers.
