  • a Current Report on Form 8-K reporting updated annual and interim financial statements for Shire plc for the year ended December 31, 2015 and the three months ended March 31, 2016 and June 30, 2016, including additional information pursuant to financial reporting requirements for Baxalta Incorporated and Shire Acquisitions Investments Ireland DAC, each subsidiaries of Shire plc;
  • a Current Report on Form 8-K reporting certain historical disclosure from previous public filings of Baxalta Incorporated and updated unaudited pro forma condensed combined statements of income for the year ended December 31, 2015 and the six months ended June 30, 2016; and
