PLEASANTON, Calif., May 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The San Francisco Business Times has selected Blackhawk Network CEO and President, Talbott Roche, as one of three exceptional female CEOs to receive the publication's inaugural "Inspire Award: Recognizing Breakthrough Women Leaders."
The Inspire awards, part of the San Francisco Business Times' annual "Most Influential Women in Business" publication that was released last Friday, are presented to Bay Area women who have recently ascended to the role of CEO, and encourage others through their story and example. Roche and two other recipients, Bank of the West CEO Nandita Bakhshi and PG&E CEO Geisha Williams, will be recognized at the Most Influential Women in Business Gala Awards dinner on June 14 at the Hilton Union Square in San Francisco.
Roche was appointed CEO of Blackhawk Network in February 2016 and was part of the company's founding team. She is a payments industry leader who helped grow Blackhawk from a gift card network in one grocery chain into a global multichannel stored value and payments provider that offers clients branded value solutions to better meet consumers' evolving payments expectations.
In addition to Roche's recognition, Blackhawk Network Chief Marketing Officer, Teri Llach, has been named to the San Francisco Business Times "Forever Influential" honor roll as part of the Most Influential Women in Business publication.
