On October 11, 2012, Rosetta Genomics Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the expansion of its management team and that E. Robert Wassman, M.D. and Dganit Bar, Ph.D. will join the Company in the newly created positions of Chief Medical Officer and Chief Scientific Officer, respectively, as of October 22, 2012. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 6-K and incorporated by reference herein.
