On August 5, 2013, Rosetta Genomics Ltd. (“Rosetta” or the “Company”) held its 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The proxy statement for the Annual Meeting was filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission as an exhibit to its Report on Form 6-K on June 21, 2013 (File No. 001-33042) and is incorporated herein by reference. All of the proposals brought before the shareholders at the Annual Meeting have been approved by the shareholders.
