Fiona Smith Ng Earns Membership With Stanford Who’s Who

As National Manager of Special Projects for SPC Ardmona/Coca-Cola Amatil, as well as throughout her brilliant professional career, Fiona has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be successful in the business world.
Prior to being appointed to her current position as National Manager Fiona worked in a variety of different vocations including Geographic Mapping, running a Café and setting up small businesses, all of which add to Fiona’s empathy towards a wide range of different types of customers.
Throughout her career in the Coca-Cola system in management positions, Fiona has earned a track record of success in managing complex business initiatives, initiating change management and negotiating agreements across a broad range of internal Coca-Cola system employees, and delivering exceptional results across a variety of channels, departments and projects. Fiona possesses extensive expertise in conceiving, developing and executing the strategies and initiatives that drive profit, market share and shareholder value. She balances these skills with an incredibly strong collaborative and influencing approach which stems from a belief that transformational projects build a more resilient culture.

They have operations in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea; manufacturing, selling and distributing a diversified product portfolio including carbonated soft drinks, water, sports and energy drinks, fruit juice, flavored milk, coffee, and packaged ready-to-eat fruit and vegetable products.
Although varied and abundant one of Fiona’s proudest accomplishment includes working throughout the different levels of the organization to create effective change management, dealing with transformational projects within the sales area of the CCA operational business. Recently Fiona’s focus has been delineated by the evaluation of Food businesses for mergers and acquisitions. These efforts have expanded Fiona’s expertise past the evaluation of business opportunities to include the significant integration of these potential businesses from an execution perspective as well as a cultural fit.
During her collegiate career, Fiona earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economic Geography from the University of New South Wales, graduating with Honors. She has also completed numerous courses in Coaching and Professional Selling. Fiona has public speaking experience in Australia and the United States for a Convenience Store Association. A mum with 2 children, aged 10 and 13, and in conjunction with other women at CCA, Fiona is responsible for leading the charge for flexible working conditions and growing the focus on diversity within the organization.
