PARIS, Sept 2 (Reuters) - European stocks were set to rise slightly on Tuesday, bouncing within a recent tight range as investors await the European Central Bank's policy decision later this week before chasing stocks higher. Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE 100 to open 5 points higher, or up 0.07 percent, Germany's DAX to open 8 points higher, or up 0.08 percent, and France's CAC 40 to open 3 points higher, or up 0.07 percent.
