In trading on Thursday, the SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF (KRE) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Texas Capital Bancshares (TCBI), up about 4.4% and shares of First Bancorp (FBP), up about 3.7% on the day.
