Market Commentary: Markets Open Fractionally Down, DOW Moves Into The Green

Premarkets were down -0.6% and slowly melted up to -0.3% prior to the opening. The US GDP (Q3) came in at 3.5% down from 4.6%, continuing and initial claims were up and personal consumption was down.
