Blackboard's not giving up on the higher education market. It's no secret that the D.C. company, which more than a decade ago defined the higher-ed technology space with its learning management system, has been losing market share to new players like Utah-based Instructure and Ontario-based Desire2Learn ( currently holding less than 50 percent of the domestic market, after holding near 90 percent at its peak)...
