European Factors to Watch-Shares seen opening flat to lower

MILAN, Oct 13 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE 100 to open down by 7-12 points, or down up to 0.84 percent, Germany's DAX to open 4 points lower or 5 points higher, down 0.04 percent or up 0.05 percent, and France's CAC 40 to open down by 4-8 points, or down 0.09-0.17 percent.
