Citibank (NYSE: C) granted Zale (NYSE: ZLC) an extra month to either pay a fee for low sales on its private label credit cards or end the program. Citigroup stock eased 9 cents to close at $4.09 while Zale stock lost 61 cents to close at $2.63.
