While Chico's FAS Inc. (NYSE: CHS) reported first quarter earnings that more than doubled to 20 cents per share from 8 cents per share last year, investors were disappointed that the company merely met analyst expectations. Shares of the women's apparel company tumbled $2.11 to $12.05.
