Time Warner Cable profit rises 8.2%

CHICAGO (MarketWatch) - Time Warner Cable, the second-largest U.S. cable television operator, said Thursday that its second-quarter profit rose 8.2%, as demand increased for its broadband and phone services and capital expenditures decreased.
