PRLog - Feb. 16, 2014 - Like platoons on a mission, SMEs across multiple industries will have the opportunity to participate in the inaugural SME Marketing Bootcamp on 27th- 28th March 2014 at the Amara Singapore Hotel. Attendees will learn strategies for social networking, video and mobile phone marketing which they can immediately implement to leverage their business. The SME Marketing Bootcamp is a collaboration between Experiential Hands-on Learning and STJOBS (a division of Singapore Press Holdings).
Leading the troops over this 2-day interactive event will be Pamela Wigglesworth, international corporate trainer, speaker and Managing Director of Experiential Hands-on Learning together with TV presenter and journalist Iolande Skinner, Managing Director of In the Moment Media.
Recognizing the fact that small and medium enterprises have a limited amount of time and financial resources, not to mention manpower, Ms Wigglesworth designed the SME Marketing Bootcamp to provide the strategies that will garner SMEs with the greatest marketing reach without the need for large marketing budgets.
When asked why the Bootcamp focuses on SMEs, Ms Wigglesworth responded, “First of all, I’m an entrepreneur myself and I understand the challenges small businesses have in reaching their target audience. More importantly, in Singapore over 90% of the firms are SME’s, therefore the backbone of the economy. It makes perfect sense to me that we should be helping this very important demographic of companies so they can grow their businesses locally, regionally and globally."
