VMware, Carahsoft to pay U.S. $75.5 mln to settle overcharging probe

WASHINGTON, June 30 (Reuters) - VMware Inc and Carahsoft Technology Corp will pay $75.5 million to settle allegations they misrepresented their commercial pricing practices and overcharged the U.S. government, the Justice Department said on Tuesday.
