AD6C010 raises the voltage limit of SSRs and can replace electromechanical relays
SAN JOSE, CA, July 01, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Solid State Optronics (SSO), a San Jose, California-based manufacturer of innovative optically isolated switching devices such as solid state relays and optocouplers, has announced the availability of a new miniature MOSFET Output Solid State Relay with a high blocking voltage of 1200V.
The AD6C010 is a MOSFET Output, bi-directional, single-pole, single-throw, normally open solid state relay in a miniature 6-pin dual inline (DIP) package. The AD6C010 has a high load voltage (1200V) and can handle continuous load currents of up to 100mA. The AD6C010 is a unique SSR solution for high voltage applications such as medical equipment, aerospace, industrial controls and battery monitoring applications.

AD6C010 is available now in a DIP6 package, in sample and production quantities and is fully RoHS/Pb-Free/REACH compliant. The device requires an input control current of less than 5mA, and provides a high isolation voltage of 3750Vrms minimum.
