Finisar Corp. (Nasdaq: FNSR) reported sharply higher fourth quarter earnings of $1.13 per diluted share compared with 40 cents per diluted share in the year ago period as revenue climbed and announced plans to ship tens of millions of 3D sensors. The stock price soared $2.14 to close at $27.78.
