An analyst downgraded NOVA Chemicals Corp. (NYSE: NCX) after the company swung to a fourth quarter loss of $2.56 per share compared with income of $1.51 per share a year earlier and posted a loss for the full year of 57 cents per share compared with earnings of $4.16 per share last year. The stock price plunged $1.15 to $1.95.
