Sun Terminates IBM's Exclusive Negotiating Status

Shares of Sun Microsystems Inc. (Nasdaq: JAVA) tumbled $2.04 to $6.45 after the server and software company terminated IBM's (NYSE: IBM) status as its exclusive negotiating partner. IBM stock dropped $1.59 to $100.63.
