Dilution Concerns Weigh Down US Airways

US Airways Group Inc. (NYSE: LCC) will issue 15.2 million shares of common stock and $75 million of convertible senior notes in order to raise $150 million. Dilution concerns weighed down the stock $1.03 to close at $3.97.
