A federal appeals court allowed subscribers to Dish Network Corp. (Nasdaq: DISH) to continue using digital recording technology that TiVo (Nasdaq: TIVO) is challenging. Shares of Dish lost 38 cents to close at $16.10 while TiVo stock dropped $1.68 to close at $9.09.
