Cantor Fitzgerald downgraded OceanFreight (Nasdaq: OCNF) after the marine transportation services company swung to a second quarter loss of 51 cents per share compared with earnings of $1.65 per share last year. The stock price tumbled 42 cents to close at $1.37.
