At present, the video library contains:

Each one utilises a unique combination of techniques to achieve something called “subliminal meditation.” This isn’t witchcraft or hocus-pocus but a way of taking elements from traditional meditation, hypnosis, and affirmation practices, and using them together in a completely new way.
The four main elements in each video are:
