Senior Loan Officer promoted from within to lead Spectrum Branch
PRLog - Nov. 5, 2014 - SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Nova ® Home Loans, an Arizona-based mortgage lender, has announced that Senior Loan Officer, Greg Gale, has been promoted to Branch Manager of their Scottsdale Spectrum Office.
Gale has been with Nova Home Loans since 2008 and was ranked in the Top 1% of Arizona Mortgage Originators in 2011, 2012 and 2013. He currently leads The Gale Team, a full service group committed to providing innovative mortgage solutions. His new responsibilities will include managing operations of the branch as well as mentoring loan officers and new hires.
He defines communication as the single most important element in a successful loan transaction and is passionate about stressing the importance of this to his staff and to clients.
As Branch Manager, Gale says, “My goal is to create a positive environment in which our client’s dreams of home ownership come true.”
Gale joined the mortgage industry in 2005 and is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and the Arizona Association of Mortgage Brokers. Prior to entering the industry, Gale was a martial arts instructor and personal trainer for 17 years. Gale adds that this background has given him values of “persistence, honor and integrity” that he practices on a daily basis.
