All Things Digital reported that Yahoo Inc. (Nasdaq: YHOO) will partner with Nokia Corp. (NYSE: NOK) to develop a phone using Yahoo applications. Shares of Yahoo rose 50 cents to $15.60 while Nokia stock edged up 6 cents to $10.09.
